In light of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic we have added telemedicine appointments Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and every other Saturday. In-person physician visits are available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesdays (once a month) and every other Saturday.

Dr. Thomas is still available for Tele-health visits on the phone or computer to continue to provide care and refills for you from the comfort of your home. Please call 773-283-9594 to schedule a tele-health appointment today!

For your health and safety, please be advised that you will have your temperature checked at the door and masks are required for entry. Adult patients must come alone, pediatric patients can be accompanied by one parent.
If you have fever, cough or respiratory symptoms, suspected COVID-19 exposure –– DO NOT ENTER the office and call the front desk for further guidance.
